Our company was registered in 1987. The management has been in the building industry since 1964. We acquire land, have it zoned, proclaimed, serviced and thereafter have the architectural design/prospectus completed.
Once the project is ready to proceed with submission plans we syndicate between 40 - 60% of the project equity to private investors.

We guarantee investors between 12 & 28% R. O. I. Per annum. Their capital is secured by having a bond registered over the development.

All property/projects are registered with the south African property deeds office and all registrations are undertaken by registered, reputable attorneys.

All money is controlled by the nominated attorneys & auditors and are held in their trust funds.
Funds are only released by authorised progress certificates which are issued by the appointed quantity surveyors controlling the site progress.
